DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION

No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms & conditions. Contest commences 1st July 2006 and ends 28th April 2007, entries close 31st December 2006. Contest is open to residents of Australia , New Zealand , Fiji , USA & Canada aged 18 years and over. Prizes guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest conducted simultaneously in Australia , New Zealand & Fiji . Winners will assume responsibility for all taxes, licensing and/or duty. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club and the promoter Trendwest South Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 30 090 083 613) are not eligible to win. Grand Prize : (1 awarded from drawing on 19th January 2007) A$10,000 (ten thousand dollars), plus the chance to win A$1,000,000 (one million dollars). Prize winner will participate in a game of chance for A$1,000,000 at WorldMark Kirra Beach Resort. Prize winner will be required to be present at WorldMark Kirra Beach Resort on 28th April 2007. Should they be unable to attend on this date the promoter will appoint a proxy to take part in the game of chance on the winner's behalf. If the Grand Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 20th April 2007 subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). In the event a redraw is required the redrawn winner will be required to be present at WorldMark Kirra Beach Resort on 28th July 2007. Should they be unable to attend on this date the promoter will appoint a proxy to take part in the game of chance on the winner's behalf. There will be 200 identical bags, from which the winner will be asked to choose one. Only one of the bags will contain a cheque for A$1,000,000. Prize also includes return economy airfares to the Gold Coast for two adults departing prize winner's nearest capital city including taxes, transfers and 3 nights apartment accommodation at WorldMark Kirra Beach (twin share) valued up to A$8,800. Meals, spending money and items of a personal nature are not included. Winner will assume responsibility and costs for all Passports, visas, travel insurance, licensing and/or duty. Flights, transfers & accommodation are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Bonus Prizes : (2 awarded from drawings on 8th September & 17 November 2006) A$10,000 (ten thousand dollars). Winners of bonus prizes are eligible for subsequent bonus prize draws and the grand prize draw. Prizes have a total retail value of up to A$1,038,800. All prize values correct at time of printing. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Competition can be entered by completing an entry form via a Trendwest promotion, an internet entry form at www.trendwest.com.au or www.trendwestholidays.com or via a Trendwest Alliance Partner. Please note all database leads obtained by Trendwest will also be entered automatically. Entrants may be contacted by phone, mail or email for the purpose of promoting our/partner's/supporting merchant's various products and services. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Selected entrants may be invited to attend a presentation on the WorldMark holiday ownership program. Winners advised by mail and the results published in The Australian newspaper on 20th September 2006, 29th November 2006, & 31st January 2007. If the prizes are not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, unclaimed prize draws will be conducted on 11th December 2006, 23rd February 2007, & 20th April 2007 subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Winners of redraws will be published in The Australian newspaper on 20th December 2006, 7th March 2007 & 2nd May 2007 (if applicable). Prize winners' list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Winners' List c/o TSP, Box 7493 , GCMC QLD 9726 or visiting www.trendwest.com.au . All prize winners must agree to the use of pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. Entries for each draw must be received by Trendwest 19 days prior to drawing date. Draws and re-draws will be conducted at 130 Bundall Road , Bundall QLD at 2pm AEST on each draw date.
